Magesongs Publishing is an independent music publishing company putting together a catalog of songs of a variety of genre, of the best songs we can find as well as creating some ourselves. You could find anything from ballad to rock, from gospel to R&B, the type of songs record companies look for as well as tracks used by for movies.

The business was founded and is owned by Mario Gentil (award winner songwriter, music publisher, writer developer and performer) and his father Philippe Gentil M.B.E., (composer of the National Anthem of Mauritius).

We are mainly interested in mainstream songs aimed at the popular market. We are always searching for the best songs from the most talented songwriter, therefore we will decide if the work received meets the criteria. We strictly publish songs of the highest industry standard that we believe meet the requirements of Artists and Repertoire (A&R) executives at record companies. If your song has potential but needs improvement, we will provide assessment details pointing at areas to improve. If you've written a song that sounds like a hit, we'd love to hear it. We are located in the southern part of Australia however targeting the American music market. Our contacts are mainly focused at  the U.S. music market. We also keep a wide open eye toward the Australian and world wide music market.

Magesongs Publishing also helps local songwriters develop, providing training and workshops where writers are encouraged to collaborate and network. As Australia is far from having the ratio of non-performing specialist songwriters that the American market sustains, Magesongs Publishing takes the initiative to fill this gap in the Australian music industry.
